Dr. Núñez recently received his doctor of philosophy degree in Meat Science from Iowa State University where he also received his BS, MS and MBA.

Dr. Núñez is well known throughout the meat processing industry where he has been a frequent presenter and panelist at international, national and statewide associations. Along with his meat science expertise, Dr. Núñez is known for his knowledge in plant operations, product safety, HACCP and sanitation. He will provide consultative expertise in all these areas to Koch Equipment staff members, customers and prospects; as well as assuming a major role in the Koch College meat processing seminar series.
