KATS™ 1500 Large Automatic
Modified Atmosphere Tray Sealer
The KATS™ 1500 Large automatic modified atmosphere tray sealer is designed for high production modified atmosphere packaging and/or conventional tray sealing in industrial environments.
The mechanical movement of this fully automatic tray sealer results in precise movement and total regulation of the machine’s entire functions to provide efficient, repeatable and reliable performance. It also features a multi-staged infeed conveyor system to assure proper spacing of the trays prior to sealing. Products enter, seal and discharge in single file orientation.
The KATS™ 1500 Large is designed to work with most automatic tray denesters and portioning/filling systems for a fully automated inline packaging system.
Constructed of stainless steel and anodized aluminum, the KATS™ 1500 Large is built to withstand harsh wash down environments, making this machine easy to clean and simple to maintain.
The IP-65/NEMA-4 rated multi-lingual (English, Spanish and Italian) programmable logic control panel controls sealing time and temperature, gas flush, vacuum degree, and conveyor speeds for various products.
