Matrix™ Labeler is designed with angled and rounded surfaces and fabricated from stainless steel and high density, machinable PET-P/DELRIN. Additional features include minimization of enclosed spaces as well as mating surfaces.
Benefits:
Both stainless steel and PET-P/DELRIN are recommended for wash down environments and the angled surfaces promote complete water runoff. The PET-P/DELRIN does not absorb moisture and is FDA approved for food contact. The Matrix™ sets a new standard for cleanable machine design with almost all of its surfaces visible for inspection.

Where an extended discharge area is not available, our Matrix™ film labeler can be simply mounted directly to the packaging machine’s control cabinet near the film unwind station.
